Most AI events show you tools. This one puts you to work.
Who this is for
GTM, sales, marketing, growth, revenue, and RevOps leaders. Founders who own go-to-market. Anyone responsible for thinking about the GTM system, not just running one task inside it.
Individual contributors are welcome. The room is built for people who have to make the calls.
How the two hours run
The problem we're working on. AI has made it easier than ever to research markets, understand buyers, create content, personalize outreach, and automate follow-up. The harder question is how you turn all of that into a go-to-market motion that actually works.
- We start with a fast framework: the Six Jobs of Modern GTM, from market intelligence and ICP through positioning, activation, conversion, and measurement.
- Then two frontier workflow walkthroughs showing how AI moves past simple prompting into connected workflows and agentic systems, with human judgment and governance still in the loop.
- Then the mystery basket opens. You'll be placed on a mixed team with people you would not naturally sit with. Every team gets the same unfamiliar product and market, plus a unique business constraint. You have 50 minutes to research the opportunity, form an ICP hypothesis, build positioning, choose a GTM motion, decide where AI creates real leverage, and prepare a 90-second pitch.
- The session ends with rapid-fire pitches, live judging, and a winner.
Bring whatever AI you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity. We're not testing whether you know one platform. We're looking at the quality of your thinking. We'll also give you an optional GTM Sous Chef, an AI advisor built to pressure-test your team during the challenge.
MBA capstone meets GTM strategy lab meets a mystery-basket cooking challenge.
